JANIC will host Tokyo Democracy Forum (TDF), in February 2021, as a part of HAPIC (Happiness Idea Conference).<\/p>\r\n

Based on the findings of the Kathmandu Democracy Forum held in November 2020, presenters will focus on updates between November 2020 and January 2021 on human rights and democracy and the civil society response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to democracy in respective countries and themes.<\/p>\r\n

Presenters will review and discuss progress and challenges of themes such as migrant workers, media freedom, and democratic election, focusing on each target within SDG 16+.<\/p>\r\n
